Healthy yummy Cookies
Ingredients:
1 Cup of oat flour
2 Tbsp. of fructose
1 Tbsp. of low-fat butter
1 Pinch of salt
1/2 Cup of almond milk

Soften the butter in the microwave for 10seconds.Then,mix all the ingredients together 
and place them in a foil paper.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 8min.
Enjoy!




Fish en papillote
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp. of olive oil
2 Tbsp of lemon juice
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of garlic powder
1 pinch of black pepper
1 pinch of sweet chili powder
Aromatic herbs
Foil paper 

Put your fish in the foil paper and add the seasoning.
Close eveything and put in the oven for 20 min at 180 degrees.
Enjoy!



Healthy Pear Cake
Ingredients:
1 Cup of oat flour
1/4 Cup of cornstarch
3 Tbsp of fructose
1 Tsp of backing powder
1 Egg

1 Nonfat plain yogurt 
3 Tbsp of nonfat milk
2 Tbsp of cinnamon
1 Pear

Mix all the dry ingredients
together. Then, add the egg,the plain yogurt and the milk. Mix everything together. 
Cut the pear and to the mixture.Bake for 20 min at 180 degrees. Enjoy!

Strawberry Cake
 Ingredients: 
1 1/4 Cup of oat flour
1/2 Cup of fructose 
1/2 Tsp of salt
1 Tsp of baking powder
1 Egg
1 Nonfat plain yogurt 
3 Bananas
1 Tbsp os shreded coconut
1 Tbsp of chopped almonds
Strawberries

Mix all the ingredients together and, at the end, add the strawberries.
Put in the oven for 25 min at 180°. Enjoy! 

 Pre-Workout Green Smoothie


Ingredients:
1 Banana
1 Apple
1 Kiwi
1 Cup of spinach
1/2 cup of oat milk

Blend everything together in
a blender and Enjoy!
